About the Event
If you’re like the majority of Americans, the annual process of preparing and filing your taxes is a) costly; b) arduous; c) nerve wracking; or d) all of the above. Confusion about taxes not only affects your financial (and emotional!) wellbeing, but also hinders your ability to engage in national conversations about tax policy -- policy that directly affects your future. This class is intended as a field guide to our notoriously obtuse tax system, and will provide strategies for proactively managing your taxes to suit your needs.
