About the Event

Instructor Eleonora is a holistic nutritional and lifestyle coach with a background in medicine. As a coach and the mother of two young adults she has seen firsthand how much anxiety money worries can cause. She is hoping her class will help to alleviate that anxiety in young adults and people who are living on their own for the first time in a while.

In this class you will

  • Learn how to make a monthly budget that accurately reflects your living expenses

  • Learn the difference between needs and wants and how to strike a balance between the two

  • Get strategies on how to maximize your monthly budget
